Here's how it works: we don't accept health insurance and as a result you save money and get better healthcare. For a low monthly fee you become a member of our practice and get office visits at no charge, appointments within a couple of days instead of weeks, extended office visits of 30-60 min instead of 15min with your doctor, discounts on labs/imaging AND your doctor's cell phone number, as well as a whole lot more.

We're a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. DPC is a unique approach to healthcare and our patients love it. So, how is it different?
Did you know that most Primary Care Providers have between 2,500-3,500 patients? We limit our practice to under 500 patients total. That means that your doctor spends more time with you when you need her. Plus, when she is not actively seeing a patient, she is able to help coordinate your care and research your treatments.
Harmony Health DPC does not bill any insurance plans so you won’t have a middle-man in your primary care. Decisions about your healthcare will be made by you and your doctor without the impersonal management that comes from third-party payers. Instead, patients pay a monthly membership fee which can save money and covers excellent treatment. Give it a try, and you’ll quickly see for yourself the value of this approach!
Forget scheduling appointments weeks in advance. Typically you'll get an appointment within a couple of days. If coming into the office isn’t convenient, Telehealth visits are a great alternative for some medical concerns.
DPC facilitates better access to your doctor by text, email, Telehealth or phone call. Say bye-bye to the frustration of not hearing back from your doctors office in a timely manner that is appropriate for your medical concern.

Dr. Saunders is amazing! I have been searching for over 3 years to find low cost healthcare and came across Harmony Health dpc and its been a lifesaver. After doing obama care for one year only to find I couldnt get an appointment until August when I called in Jan I cancelled it. 100 a month versus 700, only take 500 patients, low cost on meds, exrays etc this concept is amazing.

Dr. Saunders really was exceptional on our first visit. As someone who has worked in healthcare my whole adult life, DPC is just what we need to change healthcare for the better.
Growing up in a small rural town in Nova Scotia Canada, Dr. Saunders experienced first hand the value of a skillful, comprehensive and compassionate family physician. She provides this same caliber of care to her patients each and every day. After 10 years working in the traditional “fee for service” model of healthcare, Dr. Saunders sought another avenue to provide better medical care to patients. Direct primary care suites her joy of chatting with her patients and empowering them with the knowledge to make the best lifestyle and healthcare decisions for themselves.
Dr. Saunders played NCAA Div I Golf while obtaining a B.S. in Biochemistry from East Carolina University. Her love for warm climates brought her to Grand Cayman Island where she obtained her medical degree from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine. During medical school Dr. Saunders fell in love with the Tampa/St. Petersburg area and as a result, completed her Family Medicine residency training at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg.
Dr. Saunders is board certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Board of Independent Medical Examiners as well as the Florida Academy of Family Physicians. She enjoys international medicine and has traveled to rural parts of the Dominican Republic to provide medical care. Outside of the office, Dr. Saunders enjoys traveling the world with her husband, gardening, golfing, attending various local sporting events and fitness endeavors.
